Same area code and first 3 digits of my own phone number led me to answer this call even though I didn't recognize the number. I was driving at the time so was unable to see a caller ID. The caller was overly-peppy Jennifer, who claimed she'd been trying to reach me for some time now about the Medical Alert bracelet I inquired about. I've never inquired about any such thing. It sounded like a robocall because her spiel went on and on even though I tried several times to get a word in edgewise to let her know I'm on the national and state (Wisconsin) DNC lists. I finally had to just cut off the call.
