The frustrating thing is that this number is the same area code and prefix as my own number so I got tricked into answering since it's local and could be the doctor I'm waiting to hear from. The caller HAS to be a robot or someone with no ears since she continues her perky "we've been trying to get ahold of you for some time now to tell you about..." without stopping. Being on the National and State (Wisc.) DNC lists seems to make no difference.
