Called several times and when I answered said they had tried to reach me several times.  Was in regards to lowering the interest rate on my credit card.  If they really knew me they'd know I have one credit card and at most I have $100 - $200 charged that I pay off each month.  Can't save me thousands as she stated if I don't rack up interest.
