Someone I never heard of before in my life left suspicious call to return his call.  "Burnet Shane" he said as a name?

Actually my caller ID shows 866-240-1377, though he left 608-661-3050 as the return call #.

This is a collection agency out of Madison, and I could barely understand the man. LOL maybe they need to teach him how to talk before they unleash him on the public.
