I got 3 calls in a row from this number on 6/13/11. One at 12:27pm, another at 12:29pm, and the last one at 12:31pm. I didn't answer any of them. I don't know anyone that lives or is from WI either. An hour earlier, I got a call from 217-801-9152 that I didn't answer either. Nobody left a message from either number so I assume it's a telemarketer.
Every day while I'm at work, I get phone calls from random states and never answer. I found out from this 800notes.com website that most of them have been reported as telemarketing calls. I've been on the Do Not Call list for years, and re-register from time to time just to make sure I'm still on it. I just verified my registration this morning, and it says that the last time I re-registered to be on the list was 3/3/11 and that most people are required to stop calling me 31 days from this date. I have no idea why these people are still calling me, but it is getting really annoying. What's the point of being on a Do Not Call list if telemarketers don't give a crap about it?

I've gotten at least 4 more calls from this number since I originally posted - 6/22, 6/25, 7/2, and 7/3. THIS IS BORDERLINE HARASSMENT / STALKING. I've already filed complaints with the FCC about this number. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO MAKE IT STOP???
