Another annoying call where nobody leaves a message.   I'm assuming spam or scam.

Blocking the number is the best move when this happens. If its a real caller they leave a message.

Called today. No message, just click and disconnect when picked up.

Also in CT. Called and said nothing when answered, then hung up. Wondering if they are just calling numbers to see who answers, then noting it for later use. But for what purpose?

Called 9/28/16. Recorded msg said I had won all expenses paid cruise to Bahamas. Just needed to take short 3 question survey. Started talking about green energy. I hung up.
