I got a new cell phone and kept getting calls from Wisc, I live nearby but this phone wasn't near those numbers so I suspected it was friends or collections from the old owner of the number. I waited months before answering, and I always disable voicemail so I was sending all the calls to the "there is no mailbox setup (hangup)". Today I answered and it was a collections agency looking for some woman, I explained I got a new cell phone with this number about a month ago, he made note of it.
