That is not correct. State employees do contact members and/or applicants for Medicaid/Badgercare. We are currently checking with Member services whether this was a legitimate call from the state as the outreach has increased significantly because of the income limit changes and other changes to BC+ policy beginning 1/1/14.
Claims they are from the state of Wisconsin and I got a paper in the mail, which I never did and when I called back the automated machine said if your calling back cause of the paper you received or received a call hang up and we will call you back. Kind of suspicious to me. JMC is saying it's badger care but when I called them they had no idea what I was talking about.
