Human-recorded message is very convincing but is a recording - script "Hello...hello...sorry I was having problems with my headset...laugh...You recently stayed at one of our resorts and I'm calling with a special offer." At that point I hung up. (A) I've had this call before from a different spammer and (B) it does no good to speak because you are just talking to a recording. I never stayed at a resort so this is clearly spam. Plus they never identify the actual 'resort'. As my cell phone has this same area code, I suspect they are using a new blocking evade that mirrors my area code. It is too coincidental to get a spam from this area code otherwise, as I haven't lived in that area code for a long time. Beware this new spam technique!

Christie from Credit Card Services called. She's been trying to get ahold of me for quite awhile to tell me that I qualify for a lower credit card rate. This is their final offer (in my dreams). Got tricked into answering a call from my own area code since I'm waiting for several calls from businesses who are helping me with my septic tank problem. Grrrr. My cell phone IS on both the Wisc. & Fed. DNC list.
