Someone with a HEAVY accent has called my business TWICE.  They say they are updating "your free yellow page ad."  The caller wants to verify your company name, address, telephone number, YOUR name, YOUR job position, they tell you that you have a "lovely" name, and need your birthdate - "only the month and date, not the year."  Then the caller asks if he can transfer you to their quality control department.  Next, the quality control person asks you the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS, then wants to record the conversation and ASK YOU THE EXCACT SAME QUESTIONS AGAIN.  I finally told the caller that I was busy and that I was hanging up the phone.
