Who called from 6088469096

Who is this? Called at 9:00 pm

Just received a call from 608-846-9096 from DeForest WI.  When I answered there was a click and nobody there.  As another poster here did (out of curiosity) I returned the call only to get a recording that the number is not in service.  What the heck is going on with these crazy calls?

Got call from this number tonight.  I asked who's calling when they asked for me by name.  The woman on the other line repeated who's calling in a nasty nasal mocking voice.  I hung up.

I, too, received a call from 608.846.9096 on June 14. I tried calling it and just like others the recording said the phone was not in service.
