Kept calling and leaving no messages so I blocked them. I looked up the number first and found this report. Thanks to all who take the time to report spam.
I called the number back. A recording said all representatives were busy, they will call back or if I think it's error press 5 to be put on no-call list.
I received a call from this number yesterday; caller ID read "Life Protection." As we had recently purchased more life insurance, I thought it might be related. However, I never answer unknown numbers. We all know that someone will leave a message if the call is legitimate. Well, no message left. Just in case, I gave them one more chance before blocking. Sure enough, they called again just now, and left no message. Now they're blocked.
They called me today, there was a brief pause and then a woman said that the warranty was expired on my car. I said that I sold the car to which she was referring (she did not name the car nor did I) and then she hung up on me.
