fake IRS call = there is an arrest warrant etc. Same number to be used for callback. Callback gives a lot of background white noise/hiss but no ringback or answer.

Received a phone call twice today from this phone number. It was a prerecorded message that said I needed to call back because the IRS has an arrest warrant out for my arrest.
