Who called from 6092011240

This number, and similar numbers, keep calling me. I haven't lived in New Jersey in more than ten years. Every time, it's a recording saying that they have important information about my energy bill. They do not. This is a scam. Block!

Called my cell 7 times today, no message...finally got around to blocking the number.

Called. Missed the the call. No message left. Called back and said your call could not be completed as dialed...

Answered, heard a message "This is an urgent public service announcement about your utility bill".  Hung up.
