I got a call from this number, I don't answer phone calls from random numbers though. As you said, there was no message left though when I declined the call. They only called me once on the 15th.

A very rude young women keeps calling asking about participation in a poll. She keeps saying it is random but I have gotten at least 5 calls. When I called back there is an answering machine but no mention of the company name.
I get called from this number a few times a week. It's a pre-recorded message about a survey. I always hang up. I've memorized the number so now I don't answer and they never leave a message. I'm on the DNC but apparently that makes no difference. Arrgghhh!
