according to tghe guy is name was eric and he worked for hecker law firm and according to him he is taking us to court for money owned.

Claimed to be with Master Card and became irate when I requested their information and mentioned that they sound like frauds.  They had my SSN.

Do you know who it is?

have been getting repeatedly called from this number...claimed to be a collection agency/attorney when I answered the other day...I told him I filed BK recently and told him to take it up with my lawyer...thought it was over but have gotten two other calls since that one...so who knows what's happening here
