Who called from 6092249004

Called and left message saying they were process servers and they would be at my home between 12-3 tomorrow and I had better be home. They left a contact number of 877-368-6462 and a case number. When I called the number and gave them the case number they said my name and asked if that was my name. I said yes and why were they calling me and threatening me since I did not owe anyone anything. The guy said they don't call people and I asked him how did I get his number and why did he have my name. He then hung up the phone in my face. I called back and the same guy answered but pretended to be somebody else. When I threatened to file a complaint with the Texas Atty General he became more helpful. He confirmed that I was not the one they were looking for and said that it was a mix-up because they had already served the papers earlier in the day. These people are crooked lying scumbags and whatever you do, don't give them your info just verify their fraudulent info as being wrong.

They called me today, and said the same thing, they will serve my paper at 12 tomorrow and give me the same 877 number talking about debt... I told them I'm not in any debt, they told me I'm going to court in two weeks I hung up and they call me last week that .. Scammers

The scammers calling me for saying there going to serve me paper, last week they said I owed to a finance company

I got the same call.  It was a pre-recorded message.  They called me a couple times.  Said they had an envelope to serve me and they'd be by between 12-3pm.  They never showed up.  I called and asked what this was about.  They claimed I owed money on a payday loan and needed to give them money to pay it off or I was going to court.  I don't have any outstanding payday loans.  Complete scam.  DO NOT give them any money.

They have called twice this week. Both times I have dared them to show up. Both times I have told them they would be considered dangerous trespassers and would dealt with as such.
