Who called from 6092259672

I got a call from this number but when i called back it said my call could not be completed at this time. I have no clue who it is.

Received a call from this number.  Then, when I went to return the call, the phone said this number cannot be completed as dialed.

I just received a call today from this number, the caller had loud music playing in the background and basically was asking me something about applying for something for a college degree.  I was like Um No, in reality I could barely understand what they were saying, alot of mumbling.  Hopefully they won't call again

Calls me everyday and says not one thing!  Added it to my reject call lost but its annoying!
