Caller wanted to talk to person in charge of PES&G bill. Called PES& G directly and told account was up to date.  Must be a scammer

Keep getting calls from thi number, no response, finally one day I heard saying Hello that is it.

I keep getting calls from this number, when I answer they hang up, I'm not even getting the dial tone when I try to call back!

I just got a call from this #.  Let it go to voicemail.  Their message was "Hello?"  That was it.  I never pick up for a # I don't recognize.
