same deal a very unsuspecting casual sounding Ms Wilson. Caller ID shows 866-283-6532. I suspect it is one of these electric companies trying to get you switch to them as your supplier. They should be fined for randomly calling people's cell numbers to solicit business especially when you are on the do not call list
Message left on my cell just now from 888-365-9781. "Mrs Wilson" was kind enough to call me about supply charges on my electric bill. How sweet of her! She suggested that I have a copy of my latest statement ready when I call back, and a reference number, TO A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER, 609-232-8393. Apparently this is a legit electric provider, but I, nor does anyone else, care for their deceptive practices. I hate these scammers. I do not give out my cell number, yet I am getting loads of BS calls lately. Infuriating...and Verizon won't do anything about it without additional fees. Fed up...
Called my phone came up with (800)683-8341 and left a message saying she's Mrs Wilson and to call her back about the supply charge her return number (609)232-8393.
