Who called from 6092867722

These people called saying that they were filing a summons with my county clerks office because I apparently owe on a payday loan from 5 years ago. I do not owe any payday loan and when I asked for proof she got rude and said that "we do not send proof we only call to offer you restitution". What kind of company offers you restitution but won't show you proof that you even owe anything? SCAM!!!! I couldn't even understand the company name.

They keep calling me I went to all the banks I had from Aug 2012 and they said I never has that loan go into my account

I got the same call and when I asked for proof in writing they said the same to me. I got a voice mail today saying that they are going to contact my HR dept for collection. Well at least if the issue a summons or something I will have something in writting. I'm sitting back and waiting. My "loan" was back in 2010. Really 6 years later after I alledidly took this loan they are coming "coming after me"..

Got the same call stated name Joe Collins and it was a payday low. From 2009 and filing multiple fraud, and other charges unless I pay 900+ ??? The number be was calling said it was used as the reference number lol the number Didn't exist in 2009 I told hi. To do what be needed to I would to give this over to the FBI for them to review

A woman named Latoya calls from this number claiming to be from the NJ Department of Provisional Risk Servies and says you have given up your right to a trial, and that they will now actively pursue you at your home and office. Calls flood in day and night from a woman who sounds like she's reading from a script. She refuses to tell you what you're supposedly guilty of. When questioned further she hangs up. This is definitely a scam number.
