This is a spoofed  AT&T cell phone number from Barnegat, New Jersey. The caller is "Lisa from Credit Card Services" wanting to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. When you press 9, you speak to man with an Indian accent who starts asking questions. Told him to remove my number.
