This is a fake scam created to mimic the IRS. Or pretend to be a law firm that will protect you from the government/IRS. I have been recieving this for years from difierent originating numbers. The first time it happened it scared me but the IRS issued a statement saying that there was a fraud calling and pretending to be official. Apparently this guy is still out there and changes his number constantly.
