Called, left no message. Shows out of area.

Typical robo-dial/scammer call pattern - land line rings, caller ID shows "V31709213700531”, obvious spoof, do not answer, no message left = SCAMMER = BLOCKED.

Have seen this same "V31....." caller ID format numerous time wth different numbers all from 609 area code.  Also several robo-dial calls showing "Allentown NJ" and using the 609 area code.  Keep blocking them, and they keep changing the number.

Showed "Atlantic Cit NJ" on caller ID.  No message left, now blocked, which means they will probably call again from a new spoofed number.
