My mom has been getting a call from them. If you dial this number, it says to key in your 10 digit number to be removed. Problem is, they then called 3 times more after that. Think it is a ploy to get you to verify your number. My mom is VERY irritated. If she falls trying (she is elderly) to get to the phone when these idiots call, they will have a lawsuit on their hands!!!!
it is just a debt collector and YES VERY RUDE! been going back and forth for weeks trying to settle and they dont work with you at all...funny thing is they better take what they can get before they get $0.00!
HOWEVER..word of advise wait a month or two then finally anwser the phone and keep trying to negotiate, it takes time, patience and smarts However they eventually cave! and atleast on your credit it looks better than just letting it go.
Good Luck they are not going to stop calling untill its paid or sent to the credit bureaus!
