Called ID shows ECHOSYSTEMS. When they called a month ago, they had a different phone number! They have been calling not once, not twice......but to many times to count!!! When they first started calling they wouldn't say a word. I was told by another person that's because their waiting to see if it's a recorder or not. The second time, I said hello three times and not nicely but they hung up. It's now a daily occurrence and every few minutes!! We have blocked their number but it does ring once, then it's blocked. It is very annoying, to say the least! Why be on a DO NOT CALL LIST?? It seems nothing is ever done anyway.
