Did you visit some page called web fortune masters or something, I read it might be from there, I got an email from there and clicked on it ... it was about how to make money from home or some crap. If you call them back though they say to press one to be added to their do not call list which is what I did.
I don't have the slightest clue but they keep calling me 24/7 and leaving me empty msgs and I don't get the chance to pick up, but if I get the chance to I'll update. They seem like [***] to me.

its a recording that says, you maybe eligible to reserve some money from the gov, something like that BUT if you say STOP CALLING the message will change and they say the'll remove you from there calling list , just allow 24 - 72 hours,
