Who called from 6093189694

Just hangs up when answered.  blocked the number instantly because it was similar to the problems I've been having previously (see below).  I don't have any credit cards or debt, why do I get these calls?

Yep, they just called my unlisted number. I'm so blocking them this second.

just got it on a work phone

They called 8:08 pm, I answered, and they hung up. Thought it was just a wrong number until I found the # on this website. Caller ID listed it as Atlantic City, NJ.

when I answer I suddenly get a tone like an "out of order" tone.  Received the call on my business phone
