no message left. probably a political robocalleer (i'm in virginia) or a medical debt collector because I wouldn't pay a bill supported by altered electronic medical records. tho I notified both the provider/med system and my insurance company about the fdcpa and the canspam act (this is a cellphone), they stress their political clout with "all regulators" and suggest I get other insurance, while assuring me that everybody does the same thing. Their debt collectors take the don't ask, don't tell position--insisting they don't have to follow the law so long as they don't say who they really are. I get lots of calls from "credit card services" around the monthly reinvoice (which arrived by snailmail the day after this hangup).
