Calls saying "since i have recently applied for something, i won and was approved for money for a second round just press 1 to get money".
Pressing 1 gets you a message to visit a web site "newyearmoney" dotcom.

I never apply for crap because just for reasons like this. Since the 70s whenever someone applies for some "FreeCrap"!, they give there live info to some shmuck to call and rip you off. Then they sell your info to make money a second chance on you. And that comp sells your info. On down the line.
So they use the DNC loophole; "you applied" you stupid people.
