Same here Sydney. I live in the Burlington NJ area, and I'm wondering if this is one of those numbers who calls to get people to vote in November, but it seems a little to early for that. I tried to call it back, because it was bugging me that I couldn't answer, and it just gets a busy signal over and over again. So I am guessing unless someone actually answers this numbers call, I doubt we will ever find out who it actually is (which sucks imo).
CI shows Trenton, N.J with the number 1-609-337-3174. Not sure how it got through since I blocked the number a few weeks ago....using the 1 both times. Did a second block and my phone accepted it. Odd. Did not answer and no message left.
