Another pre-recorded call about the recently (in 2009) passed American Resource and Recovery Act that will increase my electric bill 14% unless I press 1 now. Or press 2 if I have been reached by accident. I'd rather press their MASTER OFF button. Call originated on level 3 Communications net and Level 3 says it was spoofed. If they know it was spoofed, then to whom do they send their bill? Can't they match caller ID data with the calling number to be sure there is no spoofing? Or are they a co-conspirator?
yes they are, every scam call we get seems to start off back tracked from level 3 communications. this number calls up to 30 times a week always at meal time
