Well, they actually left me a robo-message on my voice mail. Apparently I can save big money on my utilities. You can press 3 to opt out but from what I've learned that's just going to tell the company they have a live person in the household and call some more, so I didn't press 3. I'm not going to give any more clues that I live here. They ID'd themselves as "Discount Center."
do you want calls from this number to stop? are you in the do not call registry? if you have finally had enough and can't ignore them any further take the following step: fill out the online form @ http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm . i just did. if enough of us did this they would stop ... but be prepared for them to call from another number. all i can say is when someone is intrusive enough that they impact your life take action. yes, it takes some work but at least you know you did something. yes, the fcc takes these complaints seriously. i have filed a number of them against idiots like these.
