damn these spammers have an endless supply of numbers

They call, let it ring only 3 times and then they hang up. What is wrong with these people?

Twice today so far. 3 rings and no one on the other end. The first call at 10:05 am the last one at 12:45 pm.

I answered the phone to see if it was a legitimate call. I heard a male voice say "Congratulations, you've been" and hung up.

Spam from New Jersey.  Called my cell, left no message.  Did leave a brown stain on my screen, though.
