Who called from 6093599514

caller ID comes up as Brivia Comm LLC which is a scam company.  They state they are from IDT Energy

Asked for my eletric and gas bill acct numbers because they were going to submit my name to a gov't program which provides electric & gas bill discounts. I did not give her the info she asked for.

They just called and asked for my account number so I gave them their phone number backwards, 4159953906 See what they say after that. LOL

I got a call from then and wanted to report it

HAVE RECEIVIED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, HOWEVER THEY HANG UP WHEN I ANSWER.  SOUNDS LIKE THERE IS SOMEONE THERE FOR A FEW SECONDS THEY JUST LISTEN AND HANG UP...
