I had this number on my caller ID so called it back using *67 to block my number from them.  I got a recording saying that that person does not want to answer calls from a blocked number.  ID said it was from Fine Env Service.  They won't get snything from me.  

I have to assume it was a scammer.  A legitimate business would identify themselves on their phone calls.  There is no reason anyone from NJ would call me.
