Gave a reference number and a phone number to 1-855-824-4445. From my research, she's calling from a third party line that collects information. Do not give anything to these people. Confirm with your insurance, with their official number, to make sure everything is up to date.
Funny thing is, the caller's id is a number from Pleasantville, NJ. (Or some spoofed number?) Pleasantville is a town that borders Atlantic City. I was just there yesterday. It's far from "pleasant". Think about it..... The lady claims "Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield", but that's a NY Blue Cross branch. Not NJ.

Caller identified himself as Reuben. He wanted me to call back with my name and my NPI # which he already had. Said he was calling from Atlas. When I called the number back i got a voice message from Horizon. He has called me 5 times in the past several days. How do I make this stop?
Call me several time in past two weeks. Only left two messages in yesterday and the day before. One claimed to be empire blue shield, one is from something something hub. . Obviously a scam. Didn't bother to call back.
