yea they called me it;s association recovery systems
they arent even in new jersey. they say they will give you a deal in the mail on the phone. i asked them for it in writing for 2 months before i set the payment up they told me sure sure the fifth time i said if you dont give me anything in writing i am not giving you a dime. so i stopped the payment they then called me from this number and the guy said he would get it to me then this woman got on the phone and said okay the reason you stopped the payment and paid bank fees and all that was because you didnt receive some paperwork. i said yes, she said are you serious??? then told me off then hung up on me. i couldnt get a word in . if you ask me dont give a dime they are FRAUD..telling me i owe almost two grand when the cc limit wasnt even that high and they prob paid about a $100 for the debt it's written off my credit already they can keep it on my credit at this rate.
Just got a call from these people. I tried to make deal with them. They didn't like my deal. I told them what I could pay, but they didn't care. They got real nasty with me and tried to tell me what I could afford. Then he had the nerve to tell me that I was not cooperating, because I could not pay what they wanted. These people are very nasty and hsve no intentions of making a deal with you. I felt like I was harrassed. He got so nasty with me that I hung up with them.
Received a call last week saying they were calling from Macy's and would give me a deal to pay off my account. The phone call was very static and breaking up with the conversation and couldn't hear the person very clearly. i mentioned to the caller "I WOULD LOVE TO PAY OFF THE ACCOUNT, BUT I JUST LOST MY JOB" then the response from the caller was when do you think you can pay off the account. I replied are you kidding me??? I just lost my job. Then I just hung up on the person. Who are these people???
