We really do not need reports of every random misdialed call you might have received unless you have some information about the call that suggests a nefarious purpose behind it.  Keep in mind that calls reported here are aggregated by other sites and indexed by Google, and, as a result, call blocking services and may falsely paint a caller who innocently misdials a number as a scammer.  And all this may occur as a result of a single anonymous report such as yours.
