Live call with just their phone number for the caller ID. Asked for either Mr. or Mrs. (family name), & gave "Elite Chimney" as the company name when I asked, then said "we're going to be in your area". I cut her off, & asked if we had ever done business with them before. When she replied "well, no" I then informed her that she was violating the Do Not Call Act. She said thank you in a subdued voice (guess she had gotten worse previously, or saw it as a sign of things to come) & hung up.
