Called about 6:20 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2016.  Caller ID V51215193800049 and, sure enough, it's a Peerless VoIP phone in Florence, NJ, about 10 miles south of Trenton at the intersection of IH295 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Extension, IH276.  Silence, stayed on the line, sounded like an open line, but no response.  May be a wrong number.  Let's see what else turns up here.
