They call multiple times from multiple numbers in the range 609-451-2XXX. Seems to be spammer using robocall functions. They attempt so it seems to transfer to human operated if and only if someone answers. Did not spend the time even bothering to figure out what is their scam. Just blocked the range 609-451-2XXX and hope they won't use a new one.
