This number has called me just today 4 times in succession and didn't leave a voicemail. I've had to block other numbers from the (609) 469-32xx patterns as well. UGH!!! I'm on the DO NOT CALL list! They also call so that the phone rings and rings but you can't hit the decline button on your cell phone.
Recorded voice introduces itself as Emma with education alliance and asks if I could here her. If you say something you are disconnected immediately. If you say nothing it will eventually disconnect. Calls everyday several times for the past week.
