Got a call from this number EARLY on Saturday morning., Woke me up! I don't know who these clowns are, BUT I am NOT interested in what they have to say. STOP CALLING ME!!! I will block them. Running out of numbers I can block, have over 130 different numbers from scammers.

Both are phishing for information/good telephone numbers. Please don't answer the call(s).
Yes, the 609 number claims John Doe's mailbox is full when you call it but the 201 telephone number is by far more interesting. It claims it's a Federal agency so it seems the FTC may want to chase these people around a bit. Happy hunting!
