Got a lady who identified herself as Sheena and said she was with some company called Comco(?) CRG(?) and asked if I was the one in charge of my electric bill.
I told her I didn't know any Comco CRG(I use PSE&G for my electricity), told her "Have a nice day", and hung up the phone.
After a couple of "Hellos" on my part, I finally got a hesitant woman with a foreign accent who asked if she could speak with the person in my household who is responsible for our energy bills. I said she may not and hung up.
