Called to tell my husband his computer was infected. He asked to be on their do not call list and guy said they didn't have one. They were calling to help my husband disinfect his computer. Not sure how they were going to do that as my husband blew up at them. They were very persistent in insisting that his computer was infected. My husband was not nice but wouldn't hang up on them....we were trying to get a company name but they never gave one and the caller finally said goodbye and ended the call.
They called us today. We don't answer calls we don't recognize. I come straight to this web site to look for comments. These "Microsoft" techs are so persistent and called daily with different spoofed phone numbers from all over the country. It's impossible to block them. This time called ID read Trenton, NJ.
