Answered my craigslist ad - total scammer style.
Got this AFTER I called him a scammer - this guy is so stupid you could [***] on his head and tell him it's snowing:

I have recieved your information as regards the payment,please delete the advert today as you await the arrival of my check.The check will cover the cost of shipment because the amount i placed with my company is a refund for a cancelled order and been a refund it can only be written on a single check so that is why i want you to receive these amount and send the differience to my shippers that will arrange the pick up when the check clears at your bank.My bank informed me the check should clear within two to five business days.Once your bank verify and clear the check you will deduct your fund $4000.and send the excess fund  to the shipping company C.E.O Immediately so that they will proceed with pick up arrangement,though i have other goods to be picked up.
