These creeps just called me , scared the hell out of me cuz I have a big family . it said National Police and this man asks for my first name , I kept saying hello but all I could hear was loud static, whenever I called back a woman just said Goodbye, creepy and scary.
i received a call from this number. the caller id says "National Police". The person did not speak. the message is only background noise. Must be a fraud.
