Called me tonight about reducing interest rate on my credit card. Had a VERY strong foreign accent. I asked which card. He said "all of them." I told him I'm not interested. He started yelling at me and "F'ing" this and that and being EXTREMELY belligerent. I hung up on him and blocked the number.
