A woman was on the line and said either she was Carmen or her friend was Carmen and she was calling to basically hook up. But the thing that made me feel like I knew it was a possible recording or prank was that the dialog kept going, even though I didn't say anything. Sounds like someone's running this scam, but multiple scams, not just the same one every time.
A man's voice called and said that he heard I was looking to buy a "blue bell." I said no thank you and hung up. One minute later the number called again but this time it was a women's voice. She said I had two over due library books. She said the books I owe are "Fifty Shades of Gray" and another book but I could not make out what she said. I then asked what library I supposedly got these from and I could, once again, not understand what she said. Then the women said I owed $8. I sat there and didn't answer because by now I was tired of the obviously fake story she was telling me. She got angered when I didn't answer and began saying things like "you don't sound very literate" "can you even read" and whatnot. It actually was kind of funny so I stayed on the phone and messed around with what she was saying but in less than a minute she just hung up on me. Her incapability to commit to the idiotic act was very annoying. This was either a prank call or someone trying to get me to give them money (for the "overdue library books".)
